A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R -764
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 2029.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
December 17, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -764, granting
Variance No. 2029 permitting the establishment of a 286 -unit
apartment complex on the property therein described, with
waivers of the following Anaheim Municipal Code limitations or
requirements, subject to the conditions therein set forth:
(a) Maximum coverage of the building site area
(Section 18.32.050(3));
(b) Location of an accessory building abutting a
side property line (Section 18.28.050(6 -c));
(c) Minimum distance between buildings (Section
18.28.050(7 -a)); and
(d) Location of every living unit from a standard
street (Section 18.28.050(9 -b)).
AND WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 of said resolution reads
as follows:
"2. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and speci-
fications on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4; PROVIDED,
HOWEVER, that the plans for the southerly portion
shall conform to the maximum lot coverage provi-
sions of the R -3 Zone."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
No. 2 should be amended by deleting therefrom the following
clause:
"PROVIDED HOWEVER, that the plans for the south-
erly portion shall conform to the maximum lot
coverage provisions of the R -3 Zone."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R -764 granting Variance
No. 2029 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending Condition
No. 2 thereof to read as follows:
"2. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications
on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits
Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R -764 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of January, 1969.
