A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ERNEST BADALIAN and
HELEN BARBARA BADALIAN, husband and wife, and
SHREW RADALIAN AND SUSANNA BADALIAN, husband
and wif p
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Westerly 60 feet, as measured at right angles
to the centerline of Harbor Boulevard, of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The South 170 feet of that portion of the North half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, lying North of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 22, South 0° 14' 30" East 298.40 feet from the
centerline of said Section 22, said center point being the
intersection of the centerline of erritos Avenue from the
West, with the North and South quarter section line of said
Section 22; thence North 89° 56' 00" East 660.70 feet to a
1 -inch iron pipe, as shown on a Map of Survey filed in Book 15,
page 4 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of January 19 69
