A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property haVe offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANK M. CLAYTON, JR.
and FLORENCE E. CLAYTON, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over
under and across that portion of Lot 4 in Block 12 of
Subdivision of the South half of Section 21, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &M., being a part of the
Fairview Colony Tract, as shown on a Map thereof re-
corded in Book 1, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Euclid Street, formerly known as Euclid Avenue, and
Mells Lane, as shown on a Map of Tract 3446, recorded
in Book 123, pages 17, 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence North 89° 47' 21"
East along the centerline of said Mells Lane a distance
of 210 feet; thence North 0° 00' 30" West a distance
of 32 feet; thence South 89° 47' 21" West a distance
of 141.94 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Northwesterly and Northerly along said curve through
a central angle of 90° 12' 09" an arc distance of 23.61
feet; thence South 89° 59' 30" West a distance of 53
feet to the centerline of said Euclid Street; thence
South 0° 00' 30" East along the said centerline of said
Euclid Street, a distance of 47.24 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
