69R-009WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore adopt Reso-
lutions Nos. 64R -40, 66R -34, 66R -640 and 2749 granting Condi-
tional Use Permits Nos. 496, 785, 878 and Variance No. 341,
respectively; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has
recommended that all proceedings in connection with said condi-
tional use permits and variance be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the properties
described in said resolutions are not being used for the pur-
poses for which said permits and variance were granted, and
that in each instance a different use has been established on
the property as a result of subsequent proceedings or in accor-
dance with the uses permitted in the particular zone in which
the property is located; and
WHEREAS, the, j.ty Council does find that, in view of
the above facts, all proceedings in connection with said condi-
tional use permits and variance should be terminated, and the
resolutions granting the same declared null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Permits Nos. 496, 785 and 878 and Variance
No. 341 be, and the same are hereby terminated; and that Resolu-
tions Nos. 64R -40, 66R -34, 66R -640 and 2749 be, and the same
are hereby declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 7th day of January, 1969.
