A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING A p DEED..
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ffiEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easemt;!nt for road and
~li~ utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of N

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange.
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility Duxposes
. and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Northeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per Map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of
said Northwest quarter of said Section 13, said Northeast
corner being the intersection of the centerline of Lincoln
Avenue and Dale Avenue; thence South 00 11' 45" East a distance
of 191.00 feet; thence South 890 41' 15" West a distance of
45.00 feet; thence North 00 11' 45" West a distance of 99.95
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Northerly'and West-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 900 07' 00" an
arc distance of 39.32 feet; thence Northerly a distance of
66.00 feet to an intersection with the centerline of said
Lincoln Avenue; thence Easterly along the centerline of said
Lincoln Avenue to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of February 19~.
