An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 53 feet, as
measured at right angles from the center line of
Euclid Street, of the following described parcel
of land:
The North 34 feet of the Sou~h 99 feet of the North-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter o.f the North-
west quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as the North-
west quarter of said Section is indicated on a Map filed
in Book 1, page 56 of Record of Surveys in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange,County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
