RESOLUTION NO. 66R-96
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO KENNETH M. THOMPSON, TO MOVE
A DWELLING FR(I( 1920 EAST SOUTH STREET,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA TO 2511 CRESCENT
AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, KENNETH M. THOMPSON, having fi~ed a written
application for a house moving permit to DIOve a dwelling house
from 1920 East South Street, Anaheim, Califomia to 2511
Crescent Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 8th day of February, 1966, at the hour of 1:30
o I clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resi-
ding within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building
or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the
last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in conn~ction therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted, subject to the
condition that said dwelling house be brought up to R-l, One-
Family Residential Zone standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said KENNETH M.
THOMPSON for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1920 East South Street, Anaheim, Califomia to 2511
Crescent Avenue, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby,
granted subject to the condition that said dwelling house be
brought up to R-l, One-Family Residential Zone standards, and
subject further to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim MUnicipal Code relating
to t~ moving of buildings from a point within the City of
Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 8th day of February, 1966.
