RESOLUTION NO. 66R-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-652
RELATING TO FEES TO BE CHARGED AT THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE; AND SUPERSEDING
RESOLUTION NO. 66R-48.
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the schedule
of rates fqg use of the Anaheim MUnicipal Golf Course should be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-652 is amended to
allow student golf play (maximum of eight foursome) from Western,
Magnoliar.. Loara, Savanna and Kennedy High Schools for a fee of
$200.00 ~er school, at a starting time of approximately 2:00 P.M.,
MOnday through Friday.
BE IT FUR~R RESOLVED that at the end of this school
year this resolution shall automatically terminate without
further action by the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RE~OLVED that Resolution No. 66R-48 is
hereby superseded and shall be of no further force and effect
from and after the date of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of February, 1966.
