A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AMENDING
THE DATES AND TIMES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF
THE AUTHORITY FOR THE 2023 CALENDAR YEAR AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. APFA-2023-003
WHEREAS, 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public
Financing Authority ("Authority") authorizes the Board of Directors of the Authority, by
resolution, to establish the days for regular meetings of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Authority, by prior resolution, has heretofore
established the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for prior years; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Authority approved Resolution No. APFA-
2022-002 establishing the dates and times for the regular meetings of the Authority for the 2023
calendar year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Authority approved Resolution Nos. APFA-
2023-001, APFA-2023-002, and APFA-2023-003 amending a certain date and time for the
regular meetings of the Authority for the 2023 calendar year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to amend
Exhibit A of Resolution No. APFA-2023-003, canceling and rescheduling a previously approved
regular meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority for the 2023 calendar year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Anaheim
Public Financing Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority for
the 2023 calendar year shall be held in the Council Chamber of the City of Anaheim (or any
other place established by members of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority) on the days set
forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Regular meetings
of the Authority shall be scheduled to commence at 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise legally noticed
and posted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this
resolution, any regular meeting of the Authority may be set, canceled, or rescheduled to a
different date, time, or location by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least a
majority vote of the members of the Board of Directors of the Authority or by any other manner
as provided by law. The date, time, or location of any meeting set or rescheduled to a different
date, time, or location shall be noticed and posted in the manner provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and
void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent
with the provisions hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on the date of
adoption.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Public
Financing Authority this 28t' day of November, 2023, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Chairperson Aitken and Auhhority Members Rubalcava, Diaz,
Leon, Kurtz, Faessel and Meeks
