A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCE prING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Pujlic utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MAKar CORPORATION. a
California corporation9
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Vineyard Lot H-6, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows: .
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Harbor Boule-
vard and Water Street; thence Southeasterly along the
centerline of said Harbor Boulevard 130.75 feet; thence
Southwesterly parallel with the Northerly line of said
Lot H-6, 45.00 feet; thence Northwesterly, parallel with
the centerline of Harbor Boulevard, 93.85 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly along
said curve through a central angle of 900 11' 30" an arc
distance of 23.61 feet to a point in a line that is parallel
with and distant 21.75 feet Southerly of the Northerly line
of said Lot H-6; thence Northwesterly parallel with the
centerline of said Harbor Boulevard, 21.75 feet to said
Northerly line of Lot H-6; thence Northeasterly along said
Northerly line of Lot H-6, 60.12 feet to the point of
beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that ~he City of Anahe~m accept a convey-
ance of said pr,operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
