A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEp.rING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PrJRT.TC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
~ublic utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HOMER A. NELSON and
RUTH A. E. NELSON. husband and wife.
to sell to "the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and ublic utilit ur oses
, and more particu ar y escr ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lots 8 and 9 of Tract
No. 416, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 15, page 40
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of South Street
and Harbor Boulevard; thence North 150 21' 2511 West along
the center line of said Harbor Boulevard, 128.48 feet;
thence at right angles to said center line of Harbor
Boulevard, 45 feet to a point on a line that is parallel
with and distant 45 feet Easterly of said center line;
thence South 150 21' 25" East along said parallel line,
81.04 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence
Southerly and Easterly along said curve through a central
angle of 900 10' 25" an arc distance of 23.61 feet to
a point on a line that is parallel with and distant
32.50 feet Northerlf of the center line of South Street;
thence South 150 21 2511 East 32.50 feet to a point on
the center line of said South Street, said point being
North 740 28' 10" East, 60.09 feet from the point of
beginning; thence South 740 28' 10" West 60.09 feet to
the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
