A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1M ACCEPrING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real/rop-erty
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easem~nt for roa and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha-!-- offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit! of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FERNE M. KEELE. a married
woman, as her separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
propert! situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 32 feet, as measured at right
angles, to the centerline of Olive Street, of that parcel
of land described as follows:
The North 165 feet of the South 176 feet of the West 125
feet of Lot 5 of Weight, Freeman, McCloughan Subdivision,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 1, page 2 of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County.
Excepting therefrom the North 55 feet.
For the purpose of this description, the centerline of Olive
Street is assumed to be the Westerly line of the above des-
cribed parcel of land.

City of Anaheim, . and that ~he City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
