A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES..
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEEK CITY EMPLO!EES
r.RRnIT URION INC., a California corporation.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
pllhli~ ut:itit:1 p~o.es
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road aDd public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 4S feet of Lot 6, Tract No.
416, as shown on a Map . recorded in Book lS, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description the Westerly line of
said Lot 6 is assu.d to be the centerline of Harbor Boule-
vard.

City of Anaheim, and. that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of ~~heim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
