RBSOWTION NO. 66R- 163
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY' CO~CIL OF THE CITY
OF A1WIEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUITCLAIMING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, INCLuDING A WELL,
PUMPING PLANT, STANDPIPES AND IRRIGATION LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring tbe hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and .
WHEREAS, the owners of said property bave offered to
quitclaim tbe same to the City of Anaheim; ana
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for tbe benefit and best interest of tbe City
of Anabeim to accept a Quitclaim De~d for said real property;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of tbe City o~ Anabeim t'hat tbe offer of ALBlRT BRUNET and IDA
MARIE BRUNET, husband and wife, to quitcla~m to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property. situated in the
City of Anabeim, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows:
That portion of land including well, pumping plant, stand-
pipes and appurtenant irrigation lines connected therewith,
being a portion of Lot Two (2) of Tract No. 7\, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 10, page 22 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Tract No. 71,
said point being also the East quarter Section corner of
Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 west,' S.B.B. & M.,
running thence East along the South line of said, Lot 3,
175 feet to a point; thence South aloo& a_line parallel
to the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 3,
30 feet to the true point of beginning of the land herein
described; thence East at right angles, 40 feet to a
point; thence South at right angles 60 feet to a point;
thence West at right angles 40 feet to a point; thence
North at right angles 60 feet to the true point of
beginning.

the City of Anaheim, and tnat the City of Anaheim accept a
Quitclaim Deed for said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of March , 1966.
