RESOLUTION NO. 66R- 162
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'DIE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUITCLAIMING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN.REAL PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, INCLUDING A WELL,
PUMPING PLANT, STANDPIPES AND IRRIGATION LINES.
WBEllEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposesi and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to quitclaim the same to the City of Anaheimi ~nd
WHEREAS, the City Council 'of tbe City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real property.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City o~ Anaheim that the offer of VISALIA INDUSTRIAL CO.,
a corporation, and FACTORY DEVEIDPMBNT CORP01b\TION, successor
by merger to coordinated Building Maintenanee Co., a corporation,
to quitclaim to the City of Anaheim the following described real
propertI situated in the City of Anaheim County of Ora,e,
State of California, and more particularly described as allows:
That portion of land including well, pumping plant, stand-
pipes and appurtenant irrigation lines connected therewith,
being a portion of Lot Two (2) of Tract No.. 71,' as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 10, page 22 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Tract No. 71,
said point being also the East quarter section corner of
Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
running thence East along the South line of said .Lot 3,
175 feet to a pointi thence South aloag.a'line parallel
to the Southerly extension of the West -line of said Lot
3, 30 feet to the true point of beginning of the land
herein describedi thence East at right angles, 40 feet
to a pointi thence South at right angl~s 60 feet to a
pointi thence West at right angles 40 feet to a point;
thence North at right angles 60 feet to .the true point of
beginning.

Quitclaim Deed for said property.
