A BESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GBART DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF A1WIEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOB. AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept 'said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THlBEFORE, BE IT BESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GIORGI NAKANISHI, a
married man, as his separate property, an undivided 1/3 interest;
BENB.Y NAKANISHI and AYAltO NAlCARISRI, husband-and wife, as joint
tenants, an undivided 1/3 interest; DNNEnt MAKINO and JUNE
MAKINO, husband and wife, as joint tenants, an undivided 1/3
interest, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following de~ribed
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easelient for road and
public utility purposes, and more particularly described. as
follows: .

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53 feet} as measured
from the center line of Ball Road of the following
described parcel of land:
The West half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South Bange 11 West,
S.B.B.& M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 5 acres.
Por the purpose of this description, the center
line of Ball Road is assumed to be the' northerly line
of the above described parce 1 of land.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim ac"cept a conVfi!y-
ance of said property. . .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of March , 1966.
