RESOLUTION NO. 66R-157
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEBD
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit! of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer" of JOHN C. KNUTZEN. JR. and
IRED G. lCRUTZlN~ husband 8lld wife; WILLIAM C. SANGSTE and
HaGARBT SABGSTER, ~sband and wife. and LONNIB M. DUNN and

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange~
State of California, to be used for an easement for roaa
and ublic utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over} under and across the Northerly 40.00 feet
of tnat portion of Lot TWo (2) of Tract No. 71,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10, page 22
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
Califomia, described as follows:
Beginnins at a point in the Borth line of said
Lot TWo (2), said point being located
North 890 59' 00" Bast 175.00 feet from the
Northwest corner of said Lot TWo (2); thence
South 00 01' 00" Bast 90.00 feet; thence
North 890 59' 00" Bast 40.00 feet; tbence
Nortb 00 01' 00" West 90.00 feet to the inter-
section with the North line of said Lot Two (2);
thence South 890 59' 00" West 40.00 feet to the
point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that ~he City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or'owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).,
