RESOLUTION NO. 66R-156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous o~ purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easemt;!nt for road and
public utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CitI of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ETHEL M. REICHARDT. a
widow. .
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 45 feet, as
measured at right angles to the center line of
Harbor Boulevard, of Lot 101 of Tract 1453, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 42, Pages ~1 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
For the purpose of this description, the Easterly
line of said Lot 101 is assumed to be the center
line of Harbor Boulevard.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by tbe 'City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that ~he City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tbe City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
