CONVEYING TO THE CIT
PROPERTY FOR EAS N1 ''NTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION NO, 66R 408
WHEREAS the owner of aid property haoffered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept aid offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SOtERN COUNTIES GAS
COMPANY

property situated in the City of Anaheinm County of Orange
State of California t be used for easements for road and

and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across the Southerly 45 feet of
the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 26, Township 4 South, range 10 West,
S.B.B. M.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the East half of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 26,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, .S.B.B. M., described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said East half of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 26;
thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said East half,
78.15 feet; thence North 0 0'40" West 45 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
25 feet, a radial line bearing South 0 0' 40" East passes
through the point of beginning of said curve; thence Easterly
and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of
90 07' 20" an arc distance of 39.32 feet; thence North
89 52' 00" East a distance of 53 feet to an intersection
with the Easterly line of said East half; thence Southerly
along said Easterly line of the East half to the point of
beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
