A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR POLES AND
ELECTRIC POWER LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for poles and
electric •over lines
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BENRY BOISSERANC and
LOUISE BOISSERANC. husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following escri a rea

State of California, to be used for an easement for poles

An easement for poles and electric power lines over, under
and across the following described parcels of land:
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 10 feet of the Southerly 390
feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. M.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 954 feet lying within the
Southern California Edison Company easement described in
deed recorded August 12, 1959 in Book 4838, page 20 of
Official Records of Orange County.
PARCEL TWO: The Easterly 10 feet of the Southerly 390
feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. M.
PARCEL THREE: The Easterly 10 feet of the Northwest quar-
ter of the Southeast quarter of Section 1, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B. M.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying South of the East-
erly prolongation of the Northerly line of Tract 2308, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 75, pages 40, 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of May 19 66
