A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAIIIIM ACCSPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE GI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC STREET
AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public
street and highway purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of naheim that the offer of ORANGE cOUNTy FL90Q
CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and oolitic,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
street and highway purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
The east 43.00 feet of that portion of the southeast
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, per map recorded in Book 51, page 11
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as "Parcel BI-
720.01" in the Final Order of Condemnation filed in
Superior Court Case No. 88598, a certified copy of
which was recorded January 18, 1962 in Book 5980,
page 696 of Official Records in the Office of said
County Recorder.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
