RESOLUTION NO. 66R- 349
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -959.
WHEREAS, in connection with the acquisition of
property from Falstaff Foundation for the widening of Orange-
wood Avenue for an overcrossing of the freeway by Orangewood
Avenue, Resolution No. 65R -959 was adopted setting forth
certain conditions and obligations of the City and Falstaff
Foundation in connection with such acquisition; and
WHEREAS, prior to the consummation of the transaction
with the Falstaff Foundation, it was agreed that certain modifi-
cations of such resolution would be made by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that portion of said Resolution
No. 65R -959 which now reads:
and will install the south curb and
twenty -two feet of asphaltic concrete paving
and rock base on the frontage road between the
overcrossing and the Falstaff property. The
installation of curb and gutter along Orangewood
Avenue where the Falstaff property abuts said
Orangewood Avenue and the frontage road will
be the responsibility of the Falstaff Foundation."
is amended to read as follows:
and the City will install all paving,
curbs and gutters abutting the Falstaff Foundation
property on Orangewood Avenue and will install
sidewalks along Anaheim Boulevard and Orangewood
Avenue when required."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in connection with the
property conveyed along Orangewood Avenue for the overcrossing,
the price based upon $45,000.00 per acre will be adjusted
in accordance with the exact acreage by survey when survey is
completed by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 65R-959 is to remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
10th day of May, 1966.
