A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SPEECH AND LANGUAGE
DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC., a non profit California Corporation

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described aassfo ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under,
and across the Easterly 32 feet, as measured at right
angles, from the centerline of Loara Street, of the follow-
ing described parcel of land:
The South 81.80 feet of the following described property:
The Easterly 151.29 feet of Lot 6 of Helen and Lynch Addi-
tion to Anaheim, in the city of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 442,
page 158, Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 195 feet thereof;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 312.33 feet thereof;
Said land is shown on a map of survey filed in book 28,
page 3, Record of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, exceptions, reservations,
restrictions and rights of way of record.
For the purpose of this description, the centerline of Loara
Street is assumed to be the East line and the centerline of
Broadway is assumed to be the south line of the above par-
cel of land.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
