A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
rn d and pnhl i c iiti lity purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of INTERSTATE ELECTRONICS
CORPQRATION. a California corporation,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 45.00 feet of that
portion of Lot 21 of Anaheim Extension, as shown on
a Map of Survey by William Hamel, a copy of which
is shown in Book 3, pages 163 to 164, inclusive, of
Los Angeles County Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line
of South East Street with the Easterly prolongation
of the Southerly line of Lot 6 of Tract No. 3315,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 120, pages 1 and
2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence South 74° 29' 04" West along said
Southerly line and its Easterly prolongation a distance
of 333.00 feet, thence South 15° 23' 06" East 386.16
feet; thence North 74° 29' 04" East 333.00 feet to
the center line of said South East Street; thence
North 15° 23' 06" West 386.16 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of May 19 66
