PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly descri ed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across a portion of the Easterly 273.00 feet of
the Southerly 5 acres of the Northerly 15 acres of the
Easterly 25 acres of Lot 21 of Anaheim Extension, as surveyed
by William Hamel, December 11, 1868, and filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, a copy thereof being on file in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California, in Book 3,
pages 163 et seq., of "Los Angeles County Maps," described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of Tract 5452,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 211, pages 1 and 2 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence
North 74° 29' 05" East 5.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 15° 22' 55" East 112.11 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 15.00
feet; thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a
central angle of 89° 52' 00" an arc distance of 23.53 feet to
the intersection with the Northerly right of way line of Arlee
Place, as shown on the Map of Tract 3315,as shown in Book 120,
pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence Easterly along said Northerly right of way
line of Arlee Place to the intersection with the center line
of East Street; thence Northerly along the center line of East
Street, 127.08 feet; thence South 74! 29' 05" West 40.00
feet to the true point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
