A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTTLITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN B. KILROY, a
man. as his sole and separate property,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly escri a as o ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 45.00 feet of Lot 22 of
the Anaheim Extension, as shown on a Map of Survey made
by William Hamel, and filed in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, a
copy of which is recorded in Book 3, pages 163 and
following, entitled "Los Angeles County Maps," in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Northerly of the
Southerly line of that parcel of land conveyed to
Pacific Midwest Development Co., a California corporation,
by deed recorded January 22, 1963 in Book 6403, page 138
of Official Records of Orange County, California.
ALSO EXCEPTING that portion of land lying within the right
of way of East Street, as conveyed to the City of Anaheim
by deed recorded January 5, 1965 in Book 7370, page 123
of Official Records of Orange County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
