A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MILLIE REMLAND, a widow,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly 45.00 feet of the following described
parcel of land:
The South 175.00 feet of the West 227.00 feet of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 7
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 92.00 feet, as conveyed to
the State of California by deed recorded June 26, 1951 in
Book 2205, page 512 of Official Records, of Orange County.
Also excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the City
of Anaheim by deed recorded July 25, 1960 in Book 5344,
page 60 of Official Records of Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of May 19 66
