A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCE P°T ING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of BERTHA N. LOVETT, a

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 45 feet, as measured at right
angles to the centerline of Harbor Boulevard, of Lot 11
in Block "D" of Tract No. 406, "California Square as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 16, page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the Westerly line of
said Lot 11 is assumed to be the centerline of Harbor Boule-
vard.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
