WHEREAS, t execution of this agreement by The City
and the State will cover all future State Highway improvements
and eliminate the necessity of obtaining Cooperative Agreements
for each individual project; and
WHER AS,, tthe_ City Council finds that it would be to
the advantage `and in the best intere of the City, o enter into
said agreement.
NOT, T tro' BE It RESOLVED by the City Council
of the`City of Anaheim that the "Blanket' Cooperative Agreement
for work on State Highways, which will meet the requirements of
Manual Topic E -4.04 of the City and County Projects Manual,
hereinabove referred to, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are'hereby authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of April, 1966.
