RESOLUTION NO. 66R- 286
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND ADOPTING CERTAIN
POLICY STATEMENTS OF THE LIBRARY BOARD OF THE
ANAHEIM PUBLIC LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the Library Board of the Anaheim Public
Library has, by letter dated March 8, 1966, submitted certain
policy statements of said Library Board to the City Council
for review and approval, said policy statements being desig-
nated as:
BY -LAWS. OF THE BOARD
BOOK SELECTION .POLICY
EMPLOYEE SUGGESTION PLAN
POLICY GOVERNING ANIMALS IN THE LIBRARIES
POLICY GOVERNING CHARGES FOR LOST LIBRARY
MATERIALS AND FOR LIBRARY MATERIALS RETURNED
LATE
POLICY GOVERNING THE REGISTRATION OF BORROWERS
POLICIES GOVERNING THE USE OF LIBRARY MEETING
ROOMS
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said policy
statements are acceptable and should be approved and adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the policy statements of the Library
Board of the Anaheim Public Library hereinbefore listed be, and
the same are, hereby approved and adopted by the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of April 1966.
