A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCE PI ING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same 17) City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t Ci I ouncil of

and more particularly describe as o ows:
An easement for road and public utility.purposes over,
under and across that portion of the West half of Lot 10
of Helen and Lynch's Subdivision of the West half of Section
16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 442, page 158 of Deeds, records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet South of, and 20 feet East of,
the Northwest corner of said Lot 10, said Northwest corner
being, for the purpose of this description, the center
line intersection of Broadway and Loara Street; thence
North 88 54' 00" East parallel with said Broadway center
line, 26.59 feet; thence South 0 18' 30" East, parallel
with said Loara Street center line, 15 feet to the
beginning of a non tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and
having a radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearing South
0 18 30" East passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence Southwesterly along said curve, through
a central angle of 89 12' 30 an arc distance of
23.35 feet; thence South 88 54' 00" West, parallel to
said Broadway center line, 12.00 feet to a point on the
East line of said Loara Street, 40.00 feet wide; thence
along said East line, North 0 18' 30" West, 29.63
feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
