RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO THE CALIFORNIA
HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY FOR FUNDING UNDER THE
HELP (HOUSING ENABLED BY LOCAL PARTNERSHIP)
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the California Housing Finance Agency (C'HFA) is accepting applications for
$10 million of HELP Program funding;
WHEREAS, such funding could be used to finance a pan of the Jeffrey,q2,ynne Neighborhood
Kevitalization;
WHEREAS, the AnaheimHousing Authority desires to make application to Ct-tFA ['0rHELP
Program funding to be used for the Jeffrey/Lynne Neighborhood Revitalization; and
WHTEREAS, a copy of such application is on file in the offices of the Authority (the
"Application").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ~_naheim Housing Authority as follow's:
The Application is hereby approved,
2. The Chairperson, Acting Chairperson, Executive Direct. or or their designee is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver the Application to CHFA, incur an indebteciness an~
execute loan agreements, commit specific Authority resources as detailed in the Applicatio;:Tproposa|
to CHFA, and take such other actions as he or she deems necessary or desirable ~o t~cilita~e the
proposed program.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
