RESOLUTION NO. 66R -263
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED,
FOR ALLEY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Russell Jay, a married man, as his separate
property, and M. L. McGaughy, a married man, as his separate
property, did heretofore offer for dedication for alley pur-
poses Lot B of Tract No. 5102 by document entitled "Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication" executed the 6th day of September, 1963;
and
WHEREAS, the condition of the dedication was such
that the owners of the properties abutting said Lot B were
required to pay their proportionate share of the utilities
and improvements constructed in the alley contiguous to said
Lot B; and
WHEREAS, Russell Jay and M. L. McGaughy have acknowl-
edged that all conditions of said Irrevocable Offer of Dedica-
tion have been met as to said Lot B and have requested the City
of Anaheim to accept the offer of dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council,,
of the City of Anaheim that, in accordance with the terms aoff
the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication executed on the 6th day'
of September, 1963, by Russell Jay and M. L. McGaughy and in
conformity with the further notification of said Russell Jay
and M. L. McGaughy that the condition of said Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication has been met, and upon the request of said
Russell Jay and M. L. McGaughy that the City now accept the
dedication, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby accept for alley purposes Lot B of Tract No. 5102, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 186, Pages 45 and 46,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of April, 1966.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of

5th day of April, 1966.
