RESOLUTION NO. .6 AR- 685
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of
INCENTIVE AID FOUNDATION. a California corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 9, Tract No. 6094, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 226, pages 31 and 32 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said county, and that portion of
the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of frac-
tional Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of said Miscellaneous Maps,
included within a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the
Southeasterly line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 9 of said Tract
No. 6094; thence North 30° 49' 48" East, 770.34 feet to the
North line of said Southwest quarter.
The Northwesterly line of said 10.00 foot strip is to be
shortened or prolonged, as the case may be, so as to ter-
minate in the South line of said Lot 9 and in the North
line of said Southwest quarter.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of October 19 66
