A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITYTY
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. by the City Council of
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ELTA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
City of Anaheim that the offer of
a California corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following escri a red
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 6, Tract 5684 as per map recorded.
in Book 216, page 45, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6, said point
being on the Northerly tract line of Tract 5684; thence South
89° 26' 42" West along the North line of said tract a distance
of 5.42 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Easterly and
having a radius of 46.00 feet a radial line bearing South 89
26' 42" West passes through the point of beginning of said
curve; thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve through
a central angle of 9 58' 41" an arc distance of 8.01 feet
to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Westerly and
having a radius of 30.00 feet, a radial line bearing North
79 28' 01 East passes through the point of beginning of
said reverse curve; thence Southerly and Westerly along
said curve through a central angle of 15 08' 04' an arc
distance of 7.92 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
Easterly and having a radius of 46.00 feet, a radial line
bearing North 85° 23' 55" West passes through the point
of beginning of said curve; thence Northerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 20 36' 54"
an arc distance of 16.55 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
