PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT

FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FREDRTCKS T)E.IRT,lPMRNT
CORPORATION, a corporation.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following d escribed r ea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes o'er, under and
across that portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as per Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest quarter corner of Section 12, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 11 West, as shown on a Map filed in Book 37,
page 24 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, said corner also being the intersection of the
centerline of Dale Avenue, formerly known as Dale Street and
Lincoln Avenue, as shown on said Map of Record of Survey; thence
North 0 12' 15" West along said centerline of Dale Avenue to an
intersection with a line parallel with and 40 feet Northerly of
the South line of said Southwest quarter; thence North 89 40'
43" East a distance of 640.05 feet to the true point of beginning,
said point of beginning also being the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence
Easterly and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of
89 52' 58" an arc distance of 39.22 feet; thence North 0 12' 15"
West a distance of 264.88 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 50 feet; thence
Northerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of
34 54' 55" an arc distance of 30.47 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 50 feet;
thence Northerly, Northwesterly, Northeasterly, Easterly and South-
easterly along said curve through a central angle of 249 49' 50"
an arc distance of 218.02 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve
concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 50 feet; thence South
we §terly and Southerly along said curve through a central angle of
34. 54' 55" an arc distance of 30.47 feet; thence South 0 12 15"
East a distance of 264.64 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence South-
erly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 90
07' 02" an arc distance of 39.32 feet to an intersection with a
line 40 feet Northerly of the South line of said Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of said Section 12, Township 4 South, Range
11 West; thence South 89 40' 43" West along a line parallel with
and 40 feet Northerly of said South line of said Southwest quarter

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of October 19 66
