66-648WHEREAS, WALTER LA FORCE having filed a written applica-
tion for a moving permit to move a metal building from 17762
Edwards, Huntington Beach, California to 2810 East Orange Street,
Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 13th day of September, 1966, at the hour of 1 :30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come oh regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a moving permit, together with
all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, did
continue said hearing to October 11, 1966; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said permit
should be granted subject to the improvement of said building
or structure to comply with City of Anaheim Council Policy No.
526 relating to metal buildings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Walter La Force
for a moving permit to move a metal building from 17762 Edwards,
Huntington Beach, California to 2810 East Orange Street, Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby granted subject to the
improvement of said building or structure to comply with City of
Anaheim Council Policy No. 526 relating to metal buildings, and
subject further to compliance with all the provisions of Title
15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the
moving of buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim
to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this llth day of October, 1966.
