A RESOLUTION 0''' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CIT
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim i
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for 'nicipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public_
utilit ur•oses
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the _,ame to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council •f the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WAVERLY B. WATKINS and
DOROTHY L. WATKINS, husband and wife, and WILLIAM W. SHARMAN and

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across
that portion of Lots 2, 4 and 6 of the Anaheim Home Tract, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 6, page 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Harbor Boulevard (formerly
known as Spadra Road) and Romneya Drive, as said intersection is shown
on the Map of said Anaheim Home Tract; thence North 89 °54'00" East
162.02 feet along the centerline of said Romneya Drive to a point;
thence South 0 00'00" a distance of 32.00 feet; thence South 89 54'00"
West 102.04 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeast-
erly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89 °54'00" an arc distance
of 23.54 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 45.00
feet Easterly of the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard; thence South
0 00'00" 89.12 feet along said parallel line to the beginning of a tan-
gent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 103 feet;
thence Southeasterly along the last mentioned curve through a central
angle of 2 °10'10" an arc distance of 3.90feet to an intersection with
the South line of Lot 2 of said Anaheim Home Tract; thence North 89°
54' West 45.07 feet along the South line of said Lot 2 of the Anaheim
Home Tract and to an intersection with the centerline of said Harbor
Boulevard; thence North 0 °00'00" 140.00 feet along the centerline of
said Harbor Boulevard to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description the centerline of Harbor Boulevard
is assumed to be the West line of Lot 2 and the centerline of Romneya
Drive is assumed to be the North line of Lots 2, 4 6, all of said
Anaheim Home Tract.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
