A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHE7CM CERTAIN RED
PROPERTY FOR EAS z I'NTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim i
de irou of purcha ,ingg the hereinafter described real property
for micipal purposes, to wit: Easements f public utility

WHEREAS, the owner of aid property ha s offered
to sell and convey the name to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and bent interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of OAKSTONE PARTNERS.

and more particularly described

Easements for the installation and maintenance of underground
electrical facilities, including underground cables, transformer
pads and pull boxes, over, under and across those portions of
Tract No. 5611, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 219, pages
48 through 50, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
County, described as follows:
The Northerly 3 feet of the Westerly 3 feet of Lot 3;
The Southerly 3 feet of the Westerly 3 feet of Lot 6;
The Northerly 3 feet of the Westerly 3 feet of Lot 10;
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot 11;
The Northerly 3 feet of the Easterly 3 feet of Lot 13;
The Northwesterly 3 feet of the Northeasterly 3 feet of Lot 17;

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of September 19 66
