to sell and convey the ame to the City; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and be t interert of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 32 feet, as
measured at right angles to the centerline of
Savanna Street, of the West one -half of Lot 17,
Tract 743, Woocward Tract, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 22, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said County.
(For the purposes of this description, the
Northerly line of said Lot 17 is assumed to be
the centerline of Savanna Street, 40 feet wide,
shown on said Map as an unnamed street adjoining
said lot on the north.)
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
