RESOLUTION NO. 6‘6R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of
GULF OIL CORPORATION
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 9 of Tract No. 3330,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 113, pages 21 and 22
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Katella Avenue
and Clementine Street, as shown on a Map of said Tract No.
3330; thence North 89° 54' 30" East along the centerline
of said Katella Avenue a distance of 46.84 feet; thence
North 0° 5' 30" West 60 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a
radial line bearing South 0° 5' 30" East passes through the
point of beginning of said curve; thence Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 89° 52' 37" an
arc distance of 23.53 feet to an intersection with a line
that is parallel with and 32 feet Easterly, as measured at
right angles, of the of said Clementine Street;
thence North 0° 12' 53" West parallel with the centerline
of said Clementine Street, a distance of 231.11 feet to the
North line of said Lot 9; thence South 89° 54' 30" West a
distance of 32 feet to the centerline of said Clementine
Street; thence South 0° 12' 53" East along the centerline
of said Clementine Street to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
