A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A BILL OF SALE AND ASSIGNMENT SELLING
AND ASSIGNING TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WATER
COMPANY CERTAIN WATER SYSTEM FACILITIES
OWNED BY THE CITY IN THE CITY OF STANTON.
WHEREAS, heretofore, by its Resolution No. 66R, 60,
the City Council did authorize the execution of an agreement
between the City and Southern California Water Company,
dated January 31, 1966, pursuant to the terms of which the
City agreed to sell to Southern California Water Company
certain water system facilities owned by the City and located
in the City of Stanton; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that concurrent
with the payment to the City for said facilities, the City
shall deliver to said Water Company all deeds and other instru-
ments of conveyance necessary to transfer to said Water Company
title to the real and personal property and fixtures ih con
nection with said water system.

of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized to execute a Dill of Sale and
Assignment selling, assigning, transferring and conveying to
Southern California tiater Company, its successors and assigns,
in accordance with said agreement Between the parties dated
January 31, 1966, all of the following properties, interest in
properties and assets of the City use in connection with said
water system facilities owned by the City in the City of
Stanton:
(a) That certain real property described in Exhibit
°'A" attached to said agreement between the
parties dated January 31, 1966, together with
all water system property of any nature situ-
ated thereupon or therein;
(b) All other water system: properties of any other
description owned by the City and lying within
the city limits of the City of Stanton
(c) All water and water rights which are owned or
claimed by the City that arise from or are
associated with the use, ownership or operation
of facilities which are the subject of said
agreement dated January 31, 1966, provided,
however, that the City does not warrant or
guarantee that it owns any water or water rights,
and
(d) All books, maps, deeds and any other records
of any nature related to the facilities which
are the subject of said agreement dated January
31, 1966.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 30th day of August, 1966.
