A :ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THAT CERTAIi
OFFER OF «ACOBE INC., A CALIFORNIA
CORPORITION, IN REGARD TO THE CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS ENTS OVEI CERTAIN
PROPERTY ADJACENT TO TRACT NO. 6138, WITH
THE PROVISION THAT THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has examined the offer of Macobe, Inc. to construct a portion
of Dutch Avenue in the City of Anaheim adjacent to the City
park in that area and northerly of Tract No. 6133; and
WHEREAS, the construction of that portion of Dutch
Avenue adjacent to said park at this time is to the advantage
of the City and is desired by Nacobe, Inc. and
WHEREAS, it would be considerably_ more costly to
the City to construct said portion of Dutch Avenue after the
improvement of Tract No. 6138, and, therefore, the City Council
finds that it is in the best interests of the City that it
accept the offer of Macobe, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby
accept, the offer of Nacobe, Inc. as set forth in that certain
written document pertaining to that portion of Dutch Avenue
northerly of the north line of said Tract No. 6138.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 30tn day of August, 1966.
