A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL
UNDERGROUND SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
electrical underground services
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same ET City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DOROTHY Y. ULVESTAD and
N. T. ULVESTAD, wife and husband,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
electrical underground services
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for electrical underground services
only over, under and across the Easterly 10
feet of the Westerly 50.5 feet of the Northerly
57.7 feet of the Original Building Lot 30, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629
and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of August 19 66
