A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same F3 City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of C. W. FICK and
ELIZABETH A. FICK, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following escri a rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utilityPurposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 45 feet of
the Northerly 60 feet of Lot 9 of the replat of
the Orchard Park Tract, City of Anaheim, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 6 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
For the purpose of this description, the
Westerly line of said Lot 9 is assumed to be
the center line of Harbor Boulevard.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of August 19 66
