66-551WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and that it Anaheim the City RESOLUTION NO. 6q2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITT PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to sell and convey the same to t e City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds is for the benefit and best interest of the City of to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of of Anaheim that the offer of SKEOCH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION to sell to the City of Anaheim the following descri a rea property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said Section is shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said West half of the South- west quarter of the Southeast quarter, said point also being the centerline intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Gilbert Street; thence North 89° 02' 10" East along the centerline of Lincoln Avenue a distance of 57.77 feet; thence North 00° 57' 50" West a distance of 40 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northeast- erly and having a radius of 25 feet, a radial line bearing South 00° 57' 50" East passes through the point of beginning of said curve; thence Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 40' 20" an arc distance of 39.56 feet to an inter- section with a line parallel with and 32 feet Easterly of the centerline of said Gilbert Street; thence North 00° 17' 30" West parallel with the centerline of said Gilbert Street, a distance of 614.06 feet; thence South 89° 02' 18" West a distance of 32 feet to the centerline of said Gilbert Street; thence South 00° 17' 30" West along the centerline of Gilbert Street to the point of beginning. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey- ance of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
