66-537WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing
the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes;
and
WHEREAS, said real property was duly sold and conveyed
to the State of California for non payment of taxes in accordance
with law; and
WHEREAS, in conformity with the provisions of Division 1,
Part 6, Chapter 8, Article 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of
the State of California, by agreement therein authorized, the Tax
Collector of the County of Orange agreed to sell to the City of
Anaheim said real property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, no taxing agency objected to the sale; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that it is for the
benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept the
offer to sell said real property and purchase the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that that certain indenture dated July 28,
1966 and this day submitted to the City Council, granting to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
The Westerly 20 feet of the Easterly 155.32 feet
of the Southerly 575 feet, and the Northerly 15
feet of the Southerly 575 feet of the Westerly
10.74 feet of the Easterly 166.06 feet of Lot A
of Tract No. 97 as per map thereof recorded in
Book 11 Page 39 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.

GRANTING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director of the
Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Don S.
Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California
of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
