A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUITCLAIMING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for an easement for sanitary sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
quitclaim the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LUSK CORPORATION to quit-
claim to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sanitary
sewer purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes under and
across that portion of the land allotted to the
Heirs of Leandro Serrano in Decree of Partition of
the. Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book
"B" of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court
of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in that certain line described
in the deed to. The Presbytery of Los Angeles, a
religious corporation, recorded April 7, 1966 in
Book 7893, page 108 of Official Records of said
County, as having a bearing of North 57° 49' 25"
East and a length of 570.95 feet, said point being
distant thereon North 57° 49' 25" East, 37.43 feet
from the Southwesterly terminus of said line;
thence North 57° 49' 25" East, 11.45 feet; thence
South 61° 20' 00" East, 11.45 feet; thence South
57° 49' 25" West, 11.45 feet; thence North 61° 20'
00" West, 11.45 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quitclaim
Deed for said property.
