A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN
MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS -FOR THg ANNEXA-
TION OF CERTAIN tUN INHABITED J TERRITORY
TO`- THE' 'CITY OF ANAHEIM KNOWN AND DESIG-
NATED AS VIE BLUE GuM- CORONADO
ANNEXATION,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did on the 17th day of May 19 6 receive a
written petition asking that certain territory described in
said petition be annexed to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Council did adopt Resolution
No. 66R -341', designating said proposed annexation as
the BLUE GUM CQRON1jDO s ANNEXATION; and
'WHEREAS, the City Council did fix the 5th day
of Jul i966 at the hour Of 7 :00 P.M., at
the City ounce hamber in the City Hall of City of
Anaheim, as the day, hour and place when and where the City
Council would hear protests made by the owner or owners of
any real property within the territory proposed to be
WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the
5th day of July 1966
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council does find and declare that a majority protest
has not been --its- made at said hearing.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this _nth day of July 19 66
