RESOLUTION NO. 66R -453
A RESOLUTION OF ThL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHED1 APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN i)ESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT NO. 75
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to
the Circulation Element Highway Rights of Way on the General
Plan, by changing raster Street from its present classification
of a Primary Highway without exception to a Primary highway
with exceptions, and at said hearing did receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing the Planning Commission
did duly adopt Resolution No. 2050 containing a report of its
findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing,
and a recommendation that said amendment to the General Plan,
designated as "Amendment No. 75, be adopted by the City Council
and that the existing "Table of Exceptions" to the Circulation
Element highway Rights of Way on the General Plan be amended
as follows:

AND WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary
of evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 5th day of July,
1966, as the time and the Council Chamber in the City hall of the
City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said pro-
posed Amendment No. 75 to the General Plan and did give notice
thereof in the manner and as provided by laws and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did there-
upon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that

uaendment No. 75 to the General Plan, amending the 'Table of
Exceptions`' to the Circulation Element Highway Rights of Way
should be approved, as recommenaed by the City Planning Commis-
sion.
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment uo. 75 to the General Plan,
amending the Circulation Element Highway Rights of Way on said
General Plan by changing Iiaster Street from its present classi-
fication of a Primary Highway without exception to a Primary
Highway with exceptions, be, and the same is hereby approved, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed to amend the General Plan yap to
conform to General Plan !amendment No. 75 herein approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
